 Buy one ounce each of the dried herbs for your formula Mix thoroughlyStore in glass container, tightly sealed, in a cool, dry place away from lightTake out two tablespoons and put into a tea ball and put into 1 cup purified or distilled water you have heated to a boil on the stove, NEVER in microwave click here for the reason. Let the herbs steep in the hot water for 5 minutes. If bitter to taste add stevia only.Two to Three times a day in most instances, no more. Remember this is tea that is medicine.
